CNC stone engraving machine for stone includes economical CNC stone engraving machine with single spindle, upgraded CNC stone carving machine with dual-spindle, kitchenware stone machining centre, 3D stone machining centre and stone bridge cutter.
Compared with other stone marble engraving machine, this ATC 3D CNC machine was designed with carousel automatic tool changer. Different knives can be installed in tool holder, the working efficiency can be greatly promoted.
1).This cnc stone engraving machine takes 4th axis rotary attachment and can be used for both stone plate and cylindrical products, widely application, low cost and easy operation.
2) The machine is equipped with imported square linear guides with high accuracy, can withstand a large load and provides a long service life.
3) The table is a water tank with a cooling system. The table surface is coated with an aluminum profile with T- grooves to protective plastic.
4) X Y axis use helical gear rack to increase the traction.
5) The dust-proof cover is installed on the X, Y, Z axis, which prevents stone chips and cooling water falling onto them.
6) High power spindle, long service life, stable operation and strong starting characteristics, high torque, which can provide fast processing and higher efficiency.
7) Good electromechanical design, strictly selected the electrical parts to minimize machine breakdown.
8) On the machine, all cables use a special highly flexible cable,and reciprocating motion can reach 10 million times.
